I have been weaving sweetgrass baskets for over 50 years having learned the artistry from my mother. These baskets and the art of weaving sweetgrass baskets represent a rich history. Though each basket is unique whether large or small, round or oval, traditional or non-traditional, they tell the same story. Each piece represents history.
